We invite you to join our community to share best practices in disaster preparedness and recovery with small business owners. Preparing for a disaster is a work in progress and we can all learn from one another. We look forward to your contribution.
1) EVERY business needs backup of data - offsite as well as onsite.
2) EVERY business should have a minimum of an "information"
page on the Internet for their business. This trains
customers to check on the business; they can see if the
business has changed their hours, moved locations, etc. It
allows businesses to keep in touch with customers if other
forms of communication are not available.
